I changed the colors and have changed the title, and have a new outlook on life because for me things can only better, so pull up a chair make yourself a cuppa! and read the ramblings of this stay at home Mom!
So what has happened in my life since I last blogged, apart from where the bloody hell do I begin, and without writing a novel, I have been a busy bee. I hit the Craft Fairs this past Holiday Season, and I had great ones and dismal ones but it was certainly an eye opener. In the words of my hubby "I have my wife back" From the last few weeks of November and the most of December, every weekend I was packing the car up and heading out at un-earthly hours of the morning! I had got the loading of the car down to a fine art. I got some great tips and advice from the people I met and even picked up a new craft along the way. (which I will share in another blog)
I basically through myself into the Craft Fairs, because sadly at the end of October my Dad lost his battle with cancer and passed away. For anyone who has lost someone, especially a parent it is bloody hard, and for me knowing that my Dad is no longer at the end of the phone has been a struggle. I am so glad the boys got to know their Granddad, and have some fabulous memories of when he came to visit. For me I am taking each day as it comes, I have good and bad days, were something will upset me and remind of my Dad, then I will have a good laugh because something I do was so like him. So for now the world has lost one of it's great characters and I will keep my Dad forever in my thoughts.
